As athlete populations grow increasingly diverse, the field of sports medicine continues to lag behind, raising important questions about equity, access and patient outcomes. This discussion, led by the Council for Inclusive Excellence, will dive into gaps in representation, how they impact care for athletes, and what meaningful change could look like across training, leadership and clinical practice.
To prepare, read the article below in advance. Open to all faculty, staff and graduate students. Come when you can and stay as long as you'd like!
